A Japanese model has used her breast to defend herself... in court.
Bikini model Serena Kozakura had a conviction overturned after a court decided she was too busty to squeeze through a hole.
The 38-year-old was convicted last year of destruction of property after a man said she kicked a hole in his door and crawled through, apparently because he was with another woman.
In her appeal, the defence counsel compared the size of the hole to Kozakura's ample 110cm bust.
The judge agreed that she would have been unable to squeeze through the damaged door and overturned the guilty verdict on Monday.
"I used to hate my body so much," said Kozakura.
"But it was my breasts that won in court."
The case was splashed across the Japanese media on Tuesday, with one channel even inviting her to demonstrate her unique defence for their viewers.
