There's speculation the celebrity peppered "Towards A Creative Australia" stream has diverted public and media attention away from the "serious issues" of the 2020 summit.

The presence of Cate Blanchett, Hugh Jackman and various other celebrities in the stream has lead to a few raised eyebrows and questions about the more serious issues.

LIVENEWS.com.au takes a unique look behind the scenes at one of the Creative  Stream meetings at the 2020 summit to see just what's going on.

I thought Jackman and Blanchett were the serious issues. You mean there was more? More seriously, there was a conscious effort in planning to make sure that serious issues were not discussed. Warren Mundine has serious thoughts regardng land ownership that Rudd would not want shared. Water management was not discussed by at least one serious expert who wasn't invited. If it achieves nothing it hasn't cost us much.
