Seven injured in Sydney boat crash

Four children and three adults were injured in a boat crash on the Georges River in Sydney's south.

The group survived the incident after their speed boat ran aground and slammed into mangroves at about 4.00pm today.

Four people were still in the water when an ambulance was called to the scene.

“No one was seriously injured in the crash,” a police spokesman said.
