Meantime there are calls for the State Government to appeal against the leniency of the Orkopoulos's sentence.
Opposition Leader Barry O'Farrell says the fourteen year sentence is inadequate.
"We believe the DPP should give consideration to an appeal on four grounds.
"Firstly, the fact that Milton Orkopoulos was a minister of the crown and therefore clearly had a higher duty of care.
"Secondly, his not guilty plea, which clearly added to victims suffering.
"The lack of an apology and the lack of any contrition."
