Controversial magistrate Pat O'Shane has changed her plea on drink driving charges, admitting to the offence.
In March this year police pulled over O'Shane at Linley Point on Sydney's northern beaches. Officers say the 66-year-old recorded a blood-alcohol reading of 0.08.
A month later O'Shane pleaded not guilty, in Hornsby local court, to a low range drink driving offence.
But today she has changed her plea to guilty. She was not in court in person but is due to reappear next month.
