Anna Coren signing off on Today Tonight

18/07/2008 12:33:00 PM.  | Annika Burgess
Today Tonight's Anna Coren is reportedly planning to vacate the hosting chair to take up a career opportunity overseas.

It follows the recent Corby defamation case which cost the Seven network several million dollars, and the departure of her producer boyfriend Andrew Bourke from the program.

Coren has been spotted in the CNN studios, with reports she will be taking on a position in Asia once her contract with Seven expires in six months.

Coren has had ratings success on the current affairs program, although the dramas which have followed her throughout her 18 months on the show have overshadowed that glory.

Seven didn’t comment on Coren’s possible future with CNN, but say they are aware of her plans to move on.
