Smaller stations look set to be the biggest losers if CityRail goes ahead with a major overhaul.
Rosters will be re-written and staff moved around Sydney's stations under a raft of changes suggested to the Iemma government to improve its embattled CityRail service.
The shake-up would see workers relocated from small or quiet train stations to busier commuter hubs, and taken off weekend shifts.
A move that's expected to save millions of dollars in overtime costs, but could leave a lot of workers out of pocket.
