Rove McManus’s new flame Tasma Walton is getting clucky, and has revealed she wants to have children with the popular talk show host.

The former Blue Heelers star spoke of her happiness with McManus – and that the thought of children was never far from her mind.

"More and more, the idea of having a child appeals - and it hasn't always been that way," she told The Herald Sun.

It was reported that McManus and Walton began their relationship late last year, and were quickly thrust into a media storm – with McManus lashing out against women’s mags, claiming they printed false information about the Gold Logie winner’s relationship with Walton.

A large focus was centered on McManus ‘moving on’ from his marriage to Belinda Emmett, who passed away in 2006.

Walton said the frenzy was hard to deal with.

"To have that sudden surge of interest in my personal life was disconcerting . . . we're not Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie."
