An internal inquiry has been launched by WA police after a pursuit in Perth ended in the death of a man driving a stolen car.
Police say the driver of the Holden Statesman sedan failed to stop after officers spotted him in the eastern suburb of Thornlie on Wednesday night.
A short chase followed before the driver crashed into the front yard of a house where he was found trapped in the car.
