The claws were out in Question Time today, with Julie Bishop's actions speaking louder than words, after taunts from Julia Gillard got catty.
In a heated address about the Labor party's promise to provide computers to school students, the Deputy Prime Minister decided to target Ms Bishop.
"We will deliver an effective one to one ratio for those students," Ms Gillard said.
"I know ratio's probably a confusing concept for the Shadow Treasurer, she might get someone to explain it to her."
A cat clawing gesture from Ms Bishop was a clear indication that she was less than impressed.
This wasn't the only display of animal behaviour disrupting Question Time today – earlier a man jumped from the public gallery onto the floor.
The uproar started when a male member of the public stood up in his place and started yelling "There is no humanity here".
He was lead out of the gallery by guards, just seconds before another man in a similar t-shirt leapt to the floor of the Chamber.
He was immediately surrounded by security as he landed, and was escorted out before getting close to any politicians.
A third man and a woman sitting in the gallery were also asked to leave - wearing t-shirts with the words "Social Justice Network" on the back.
