Australian Test off-spinner Jason Krejza has overcome an ankle injury and will be chosen to play for Tasmania on Sunday, Tigers coach Tim Coyle says.
Tasmania take on NSW in a one-day game at Bellerive Oval on Sunday.
"We've got Krejza available (for selection) by the look of it and we will consider another spinner," Coyle told reporters after his side's Sheffield Shield victory over NSW on Thursday.
"We are playing on the same wicket which still has nice bounce so that will be good for Jason I reckon."
Australian cricket team physiotherapist Alex Kountouris said on Wednesday that Krejza was recovering well from the ankle injury which kept him out of the Adelaide Test against New Zealand and he was expected to be back to full fitness ahead of the first Test against South Africa.
