A Perth man is impressed with the $650,000 price tag someone has put on his life, but is still holding out for a better offer.
Ian Usher, 44, received the $650,000 bid just hours after putting all his earthly possessions and his job up for sale on the eBay internet auction site.
He is collating all the aspects of his life, including his friendships and his home, to be sold in one big package.
However, despite the unexpectedly high offer, Mr Usher said he was not going to shorten the seven day auction period, in the hopes of a better offer.
The British immigrant says he will keep only his passport, wallet and the clothes on his back.
He was unsure what he will do after the sale, saying he may end up on a plane with only what was in his pockets.
Mr Usher decided to sell his life online after separating from his wife two and a half years ago.
