Prison officials holding Austrian dungeon keeper Josef Fritzl say the man accused of holding his daughter captive for 24-years has been constantly requesting an anti-aging facial cream.
The 73-year-old has also been complaining of stomach aches and chest pains, according to the UK’s Daily Mirror.
Fritzl fathered seven children with his daughter, Elisabeth, after locking her beneath his home in an elaborate dungeon since the 1980s.
Jail spokesman Erich Huber-Guensthofer says Fritzl is obsessed with media reports about him.
He has subscriptions with his favourite papers and he also examines the television guide to keep track of programs in which he is featured.
"To be honest other than the trips to the doctor, and the request for face creams, he gives us no trouble," Mr Huber-Guensthofer said.
"You would hardly know that he was there."
