How to rape guide found in Brimble suspect's house

30/08/2008 10:20:00 AM.  | Erin Maher
Instructions on using drugs to rape women have been found at the house of one of the men who had sex with cruise ship passenger Dianne Brimble.

An Adelaide Court has also heard that police found more than $32,000 in cash, a cannabis crop and other drugs in a property owned by Mark Wilhelm.

The New South Wales DPP is preparing to hand down its decision on the long running inquiry into Mrs Brimble’s death.

This is another case of injustice - the woman was murdered and the criminals are out their regardless of what evidence is before the courts or the DPP (who are gutless in bringing anyone to justice). Just can't wait to see what excuses the DPP comes out with in their findings! The DPP is another farcical department and not accountable to anyone - the auditor general was part of a investigation into this department and found it to have many flaws and yet the head of it continues in their positon.

Well said Dan, how is it that some average I.Q. feral druggies can appear to be smarter than our top cops. Our police and associated government departments are an embarrassment to all.

This appalling scenario condemns the regulation of cruise travel. I suspect that nothing would have condemned the predators who raped and killed Mrs Brimble.I don't think the industry is in a fit state to provide the basic necessities required of communal activity. I don't think the NSW government is fit to provide law and order. Even if there are convictions out of this affair, they have come too late.

and this guy is still not in jail ? this case has gone on and on , when and where is justice for the victim and her family ? lock him up and his mates that were on the cruise. then sack the DPP for the numerous delays .

If it were possible to sack the lot at the DPP (should be called the Dept of Pathetic Prosecutions instead) the so called independent expert who can make decisions on serious matters of law and what cases should be dealt in the courts - nothing but delays and continued problems exists. When you have someone like Cowdery in the position for life you are left thinking why there are so many cases not given the justice they deserve! The Brimble case

After ALL the evidence found on the Brimble case, and MARK WILHELM is still not in jail serving time for this injustice! Anonymously, I can say that I truly believe that MR MARK WILHELM committed these acts. He's a worthless piece of excuse for a human being. Preying on woman with the help of illicit drugs to satisfy his sexual cravings. sick! I hope justice is served. Its been too long. He has gotten away with his evil ways for far too long!
