Owen Wilson plans a sea change

30/08/2008 10:40:00 AM.  | BANG Showbiz
Owen Wilson is planning to move to Hawaii.

The 'Wedding Crashers' star - who attempted to commit suicide last August - fell in love with the idyllic island of Maui while visiting his friend, actor Woody Harrelson, earlier this month.

Woody lives in an environmentally friendly home which is completely solar-powered and located in a sustainable community that produces organic food. Owen is considering splashing out on a property nearby.

A source said: "It's 100 per cent green living. Owen likes it so much that he made an offer on a home there."

Owen previously spent time in Hawaii in 2004, while he was filming 'The Big Bounce'.

Earlier this month, it was claimed Owen's ex-girlfriend Kate Hudson, 29, was trying to rekindle their romance.

The 'Fool's Gold' actress is said to have been bombarding the 39-year-old actor with phone calls and Owen's friends are worried the comic star will have his heart broken again.

Sounds like a good plan. Maui is one beautiful place. Just watch out for the Maui Wowie.

Well, he's tired of the paparazzi. Look at this picture, he is covering his face for privacy. This just tells us how much suffering it must cause him to be followed by paps all the time. Any little move he does is spread all over the world, it must be very uncomfortable.
