Female stripper facing rape charges after bucks' night

A female stripper is facing rape charges in Victoria over an alleged incident at a bucks’ party.

39-year-old Linda Naggs is accused of sexually penetrating a man at a party last year, where she is believed to have been the hired stripper.

Ms Naggs’s lawyer has sought a suppression order in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court to bank publication of the details of the case, arguing information on the matter would cause undue distress or embarrassment because of the unusual circumstance.

Magistrate Belinda Wallington refused to make the order.

"39-year-old Linda Naggs is accused of sexually penetrating a man at a party last year....?" With what?? And, just who is this wimp of a "man" who would stand to make this accusation. Unless, of course, Linda ia a Tranny. In which case, I can certainly understand the young man's comfort level was diminished for a few minutes. But, you don't go crying to the police about it one year later. Next time you go to a Buck's party, wear a cork. That's what I would do.

The implement used could have been anything insertable, including the guys own penis - the human body still gets aroused even during rape - its one of the reasons why victims (male & female) often feel so ashamed - although this is the bit no-one ever talks about. Also, he didn't go "crying" about it a year later....it occured last year & got into court this year...standard delays in the court system.
