There is only a week to go before the mother of one of the biggest pop stars in the world, Lynne Spears, releases her book titled Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World.
According to Perez Hilton, the Queen of gossip, the book contains information regarding Britney’s flirtation with drugs at the age of 16.
Apparently sweet 16 Britney was caught with marijuana and cocaine while in a private jet.
The pop princess’ mother also tells of how Britney began drinking alcohol at 13, lost her virginity to a football player called Reg Jone at 14 and began doing drugs at 15.
Lynne states that she regrets "losing control of Britney's career to handlers who promoted her as a sex object and put her in raunchy videos."
