Police believe the arrest of five men in Sydney's east will remove around $25,000 worth of cocaine off the street each week.
Police began their investigation in June this year - detectives from the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad establishing Strike Force Mildura targeting the supply of cocaine in Sydney's eastern suburbs, the inner city and Kings Cross.
Five men aged between 21 and 27 have been arrested after raids on homes at Alexandria, Rose Bay, Darling Point and Dover Heights.
Police allegedly uncovered large amounts of cash, a firearm, small amounts of drugs and a taser.
Detectives believe they've interrupted the supply of $25,000 worth of cocaine each week - and say more arrests are likely.
