Paris, Britney and Lindsay to join forces in new sitcom

Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan are in talks to star in a sitcom together.

US TV network HBO are reportedly keen to sign up the blonde trio – who used to be close friends and were regularly seen partying together in 2006 – to appear as flatmates struggling to make it big in Hollywood, in what has been described as a cross between ‘Friends’ and ‘Ugly Betty’.

A source revealed to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “The chemistry between them will be electric.

“They were very close and have had their ups and downs in the Los Angeles party world but they have overcome those problems now. They can draw from their experiences for the sitcom.”

Early rumours suggested the producers approached ‘Extras’ star Ricky Gervais to pen the script, but Gervais's management has flatly denied the claims.

‘Desperate Housewives’ creator, Mark Cherry, has also been mooted as a possible writer, which will see the trio playing characters inspired by themselves.

The source added: “Paris will play a fashion designer who will try anything to get her outfits noticed.

“Britney’s character is an aspiring singer, but her unusual song lyrics stop her from hitting the big time.

“Lindsay will be a little like Joey from ‘Friends’ - obsessed with men and food.”

What are they going to call it; Sex, Drugs and Alcohol in the City; or where ever else we can get it? Lucky they aren't going to have a kid in the show; or they would have to call it 3 whores and a Protégé.

Well, if you are correct, Emily, I'm moving to Australia. If we are going to those depths of poor taste, I want to jump ship!! But, I doubt it will last even one season. None of them can act worth a hill of beans.

Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan.. now that's a delightful and ultra hot threesome. Beauty, brains and daring and some switched on media execs were smart enough to see it. This blonde power threesome will draw money and viewers, with or without male counterparts. Can we we have Pam Anderson, Tommy Lee and Rick Salomon to make special appearance. It will be interesting to see if there's any product placement or endorsements? Sexpo? Hot viewers will eat this up. Paris wins again!

It is hardly the kind of threesome Hilton is used to. Imagine Parisite Hilton, Lindsay Lowlife and too drug smacked to know the time of day Spears; the show should be called Charlie's "Hardly" Angels. It will be a show aimed at the brain dead youth of today and you can bet your life it will be on Teenie Bopper Television; Channel 10.
