Three men including a Castle Hill businessman will face court today after major drug raids in Sydney's west.

More than 90 police stormed 11 homes and businesses in coordinated raids yesterday, seizing several firearms, precursor chemicals, a pill press and finding a clandestine drug laboratory.

Three men were arrested, a 60-year-old Castle Hill businessman is charged with conspiracy to manufacture ecstasy - two others, a 41-year-old Minchinbury man and 32-year-old Hebersham man face the same charge.

Police say the men were part of a $20 million drug manufacturing syndicate which manufactured and supplied methamphetamines.

The investigation was triggered by information from the chemical industry.
