A Perth man has been charged with grievous bodily harm following the death of his father.
The 28-year-old is accused of pushing his 68-year-old father during an argument at their inner-Perth home of Shenton Park at about 6.30pm (WST) on Saturday, causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head.
The older man was rushed to Perth's Queen Elizabeth Hospital with critical head injuries but died at 8am on Sunday, police said.
The 28-year-old has been charged with grievous bodily harm and is due to appear in the Central Law Court on Monday.
